To our surprise, Victoria revealed the secret to her beauty: her personal nutritionist Amelia Freer, who taught her everything she knows about food.
«Hello. Today I realized that my second book was published exactly a year ago, and it was a very exciting moment for me. A lot has happened this year. Ingenious dietary tricks from Amelia Freer:
- Use fruit as a natural sweetener;
- Always starts with vegetables (she eats a whole bunch of them in a day) and add protein products to her main meals;
- She believes that “leftovers are sweet”;
- Carbohydrates? She adds them to her diet depending on whether she has been exercising that day.
Basically, her diet consists of vegetables!
