Exercises that keep Hugh Jackman in perfect shape
Hollywood superstar Hugh Jackman has long been considered one of the most well-conditioned leading men in Hollywood. His role as the popular mutant ‘Wolverine’ in the X-Men franchise has grown his reputation as to global stardom. This is why Hugh is now known as one of the sexiest men in Men’s Health Magazine, and we continue to follow his fitness training to this day.
Today, Jackman shares his personal experience on Facebook, regarding his breakthrough, which he achieved in the gym after reaching 2000 meters on a rowing machine in just 7 minutes. According to Hugh, rowing is a great fat-burning exercise that you can do if you don’t have a lot of time. “This is a full-body workout that involves most of your body’s muscles during each stroke without any impact,” Linda, a personal fitness instructor at Golden Gym, told us. “It burns fat, providing extreme cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance.”
Think about how much time you spend in front of the TV or at the computer, or futilely flipping through the feed across your active social networks? And here you have a man that went 2 km on a rowing machine in just 7 minutes! Want to reach those levels and achieve the ideal body?
