A 15-minute workout for busy people
For most busy people, finding the time to fit training into their packed schedules is difficult - with work often taking priority over fitness. And when you only have 15 minutes to train, the best option is a metabolism workout that will give you strength, cardio, and mobility without requiring a warm-up session.
One of our favorite MetCon workouts is the classic 50-10 circuit, in which you choose 5 different movements that together give your body a load, and alternate between them without stopping for 15 minutes. The workout density in this scheme is quite high, so you should be able to maximize every minute of your workout.
- Pull the dumbbells to your stomach, lifting with your biceps
- Bear walk
- Sideways lunge with your arms held out to the side
- Sideways lunge with your arms held out to the side in the opposite direction
- The combination of burpees and forward lunges
This makes up round 1 of 3. This can be done in any location; whether it’s your home, hotel room, gym or office - there’s no excuses not to do it!
