1. Choose a race on the event website
2. Click “Register”
3. Enter your login and password to log into your athlete account (if you have participated in our events before) Notice! If you haven’t participated in our events before, you will have to click “Register” and provide your personal information.
4. Check the information in your personal profile and fill in the blanks and click “Continue”
5. Confirm your order, provide payment details, and click “Pay”
6. If your payment is successful, you will receive an E-ticket in your athlete account (“Tickets” tab) and email with invoice that includes the following information: E-ticket with QR code, Order ID, course, age, BIB number, full name, contact information.

Race participants pay the entry fee by electronic payment on the MERAAN website. The payment service is provided by the NetWork system of electronic invoice delivery and payment using a modern and secure payment card authorization mechanism. Payment card details are entered on the website in a secure mode and are not available to employees.

Refunds can be requested and processed in your personal account on www.meraan.com

Log into your personal account. Find the ticket you would like to request a refund for and click on the "Refund" button. If the button is not available, it is possible that the refund period has passed.

After a window with a request appears, read the terms and conditions. By clicking on the "Refund" button, you agree to them.

The time it will take to receive a refund depends on your bank and, generally, takes no more than 30 days. We process refunds immediately, but banking operations and their timing may cause a delay.

Refund conditions and important information:

The participant* has the right to withdraw their participation in an event no later than 7 days before the closing date of registration for which the ticket was purchased, as well as no later than 1 month after the ticket was purchased.

When issuing a refund, a small commission amount of 10% is deducted for administrative fees. Information about this is noted in the user terms and conditions on the event page.

The refund is credited to the same card from which the payment was made. You cannot change the banking details.

Legal information on the conditions of return:

The participant can withdraw their participation in an event by way of his or her personal account. Refunds in case of event cancellation are made no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the refund request. The funds will be transferred to the bank card from which the payment was made. If the funds have not been received within the specified period, the participant must contact his or her bank.

As soon as the refund request is received, the relevant tickets are canceled. This will be reflected in the participant’s personal account.

Participant* - A person who has the right to participate in the event based on the purchased ticket or other documentation with a personal account on the organizer’s website meraan.com

You can purchase an unlimited number of tickets using a personal account on our website. While purchasing tickets using your personal account, you can enter the personal data of other participants according to our instructions.

In order to protect against fraud, there is a ban on processing refunds to a card other than that which was used to originally purchase a ticket.

Unfortunately, changing tickets in this manner is not permitted, but you can purchase a new ticket by requesting a refund for the previously purchased ticket. Before requesting a refund, make sure that the new ticket you would like to purchase is available.

Please note that you can request a refund no later than 7 days before the closing of registration for the event.
